Does the WP-4530 have USB port that I can use with a non-mac computer for printing and still use it to print from Ipad??

According to the tech specs on Epson USA's website; yes, USB 2.0 is supported.

However, my question in response would be, "Is your non-Mac computer on your local network (either by Wi-Fi or Ethernet)?" If so, USB is really a moot point. Epson printers are not an Apple-specific product, they supports multiple operating systems. Apple just happens to sell it in their store as a matter of "one stop shopping" convenience.
