Yes, with International roaming. Your PocketFinder connects with the GPS satellite network and then sends the location and speed to the server via a GSM wireless network. Everywhere in the world there is a GSM signal it will send it's location. If outside of wireless coverage, it will continue to capture GPS location and send those locates once a wireless signal is obtained. We have PocketFinders that I know of in Mexico City, Argentina, Equador, Columbia, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Spain, Germany, England, Russia, China, Tiawon, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia among other countries.
