Can you connect two computers with this, since there are two thunderbolt ports, or is it only for daisy chaining thunderbolt ports?

Answer
No. The second port is for daisy-chaining the Thunderbolt buss through to another device. You cannot connect two computers to this device to share a Fibre-Channel peripheral.

Since you can connect 2 computers to a TB display, one using the internal TB cable for say a MacBook and a second for a MacMini using an optional TB cable as I do, I am hoping Apple or a third party will come up with some type of switching app that will allow you to switch between systems on the fly.
