    Mine is not scratched and I've had the case for 4 months. I honestly don't know how it would scratch because it can't move inside the case.

  • I have had this case (older version) for over a year and a half and it has never scratched my phone. it is simply the best case out there for the iphone! I am about to buy the newer version in a color i like better than the one i have. this case can take a beating and keep your phone safe!
