If I wear these while running, can I still hear the traffic and other noises around me?

    yes, just as long as you do not turn your volume up to the max, but i suggest you check out other alternative if you plan to use them for sports or any rigid activities just because the wires are double coated with a thick plastic laminate (to prevent it from tangling)

  • They do isolate some sound but as long as you don't turn the volume all the way up you should be able to hear louder than average sounds around you.
