Given the 'open' design with the 'diffuser' how good are these at noise isolation? e.g. on the tube, vs. other isolating in-ears like sennheiser CX/MP

Don't buy these headsets if you want decent sound isolation. From what I understand this design was intentional so you could hear some outside noise which of course means a fair amount of noise will also leak out as well. I've never used the sennheiser earbuds but my old pairs of sony mdr ex series did a much better job isolating noise like this does.
