Does the iPhone or the Mophie battery get used first? What is the best way round to use them for maximum length of power?

Which one gets drained first, and is there a preferable way to maximise the amount of time you get power for? Thanks

    Yes it uses the mophie battery first
    It's best to use when your at 50% or less but that's my opinion
