Pump-up is painfully tight. Is there any way to lighten the pressure?

No, the pressure has to be what it is, because it has to stop your circulation. You could try placing it slightly differently, but it's still going to get tight. It just might hurt less in a slightly different position.
I don't find it painful, but it is a little uncomfortable. I guess you just have to tell yourself that it's important, it's not harming you, and it's going to stop soon.- Answered by Ian E
