Does the BP cuff inflate?
I'm wondering if the cuff inflates, and then slowly deflates to get the reading----or, is it some other type of method? If another type, please explain how you use this product. Do you just place it around your arm and close it with velcro like a regular BP cuff that you would see in the doctor's office?

The cuff uses oscillometric method. It inflates and then slowly deflates as you describe. You place it like any other blood pressure monitor !
