Do you own a Withings Blood Pressure cuff? How snug is the cuff? If I wear it while on a treadmill will it come off?

Answer
The Withings Blood Pressure Monitor uses an oscillometric measurement method. It means that you have to stay still during the measurement

I think you are looking for a heart rate monitor, not a blood pressure monitor. With this you have to remain still for the measurement. I've seen a couple of chest worn heart rate monitors that connect with iOS devices, and I recently saw a wrist worn one that is like a watch that works with iOS; however I'm not sure if that one is out yet.
