    They are not wireless, but the cord is detachable. This allows you to take advantage of the noise canceling feature without having the cable, but you don't get any content to the headphone unless the cable is plugged in.

  • You can use these to just take away some of the surrounding noise without using as headphones to play music. But, if you want to connect to a media device, it has to be wired
