Will the Apogee JAM device allow me to plug in my tenor ukulele and get the correct sound and note arrangement?

The Jam requires an instrument-level input like what you would get with an electric guitar. If your uke has that, or a pickup that delivers that, into a 1/4" jack, then yes you will be able to plug it in.
As for sound and note arrangement, this is an analog-to-digital convertor, not a pitch tracking device like a guitar synth - so it'll put out whatever you put into it. Hope that helps!- Answered by Dennis K from Portland
