are rechargeable batteries came with Mobee 1.2 volt like other brands? or they are manufactured to give different volts ?

The charger comes with a batterie pack. Inside the pack are 2 NiMH batteries. The NiMH battery specification tells that 1.2V (chemical reason) are offered. Thus the batterie pack has a nominal power of 2.4V. This is sufficient for the mouse.

Yes, battery pack is 2 cells of NiMH batteries, these are 1.2V per cell. Thus when fully charged that's 2.4V which means that OSX will read 70 to 80% only (as opposed to Alkaline batteries that are 1.5v per cell)
