Do they sound better than B&W?

This is a matter of opinion. These are inherently different in characteristics and price. The unique properties of the cubik include a chip incorporating a DSP, Digital Audio Amplifier and USB sound card. There is no analog input. All sound is taken from USB in the digital domain and hence there is no noise introduced through digital analog conversion.

  • They in fact are not. I have used the B&W and they are far superior because of several reasons. For starters, they use one amp per speaker. The layout of the MM-1 is 4 amps in which provide power to each individual speaker. In my opinion these speakers are ok for the price, however B&W is by far a better product
