Do we need to buy a blue-tooth headset also?

Are you sending a blue tooth headset or we need to but it too separately?

    This is a wristband only. No Nano with it. No head set with it. You put your own Nano, purchased seperately, into the wristband. You can use the headset that came with the Nano, or you can buy a blue tooth.
