can you drive with the watch on and listen to music without any connections

i would like to get in my car turn the car on them turn the nano on and simply play the music wtih out having to connect anything.be absolutely free.

    No you can't. This device has no external sound output, so it has to either be plugged into the earphones, or into an external speaker in order to hear anything.
