can i run with it?

if i have this watch, and i want to hear music while running, can i hear music with the ipod and don't worry that it will fall down?

    Yes you can run till your feet fall off- the nano isn't going anywhere. I've been wearing mine since I got it and I take it off only to swim or shower. I just got another watch band ( a different color ) and now I'm ready for all occasions.
