The Yeti Pro can record up to 192 kHz/24-bit, while the Yeti tops out at 48 kHz/24-bit. The Pro model has the capability for a stereo analog XLR connection, in addition to the digital USB that both have. Otherwise, they're very similar.

I wouldn't risk recording without a shock mount...there is no shock mount yet and it will probably be expensive. I do not record sitting down, so I have rigged my Yeti Pro to mount to a boom mic stand and it works. Also, there is a universal shock mount that fits the Yeti Pro...no shock, no dice.
As for which is better...it all comes down to what you need. But the Yeti Pro is best because you can record using the XLR cables and not just the USB. USB still sounds pro!- Answered by Nicholas T from Dublin

All the specs in the other answer are right, but it's worth noting that Yeti Pro has a threaded mount on the bottom so it can be mounted to a normal mic stand.
