    As long as you have the right ear piece on them you should have no problems running with them. There are 3 sets of ear pieces find the one that fits tight in the ear canal and you will be all set as I work with them and they don't fall out.

  • I believe that these are not the ideal earphones for running. Firstly, their fit isn't perfect for all years so you can expect them to fall often. Secondly, their wire cords are thin and not very durable, which makes them less durable. The s4i rugged is a better option made for running and sounds exactly like these.

  • They are made pretty lightweight so, it doesn't fall that easily. I'm not sure if they are made for that reason but if you take the right size of the buds, it will stick to your ear pretty well.
