is it compatible with the iphone 5?

Cannot confirm myself, but I called Best Buy and after being put on hold, the rep came back and said NO that the part that docks is different on the 5th generation I pod. OOPS just realized your question was on the IPhone, I was talking about IPod. well I will leave the answer in case someone else needs to know. Good Luck.
