Is this backpack washable?

I've noticed mine is starting to get dirty looking and so I'm just curious on the best way to wash it.

    I have a incase bag. I believe it's almost the same material. I washed mine with hands, and soaked it in water totally. use whatever detergent. Just wash anyways you like it with hands. The tricky part is how you dry it. What I did is to hang it up to dry it with a dehumidifier. My dehumidifier is pretty power and it too it 4 hours to dry it. But it worked extremely well.
