I am a teacher and I carry a lot of weight. I tend to destroy backpacks in 6 monhts. Will this hold the weight and not break straps or tear?

I think it should hold up, mine is great and i use it for school and the gym. As long as you don't stuff things in the bag to the point where you have to sit on it to zip it up then I think you'll be fine.
