can I display in full size of my 13" MacBook Pro or just at the same size of the 13" screen?

Answer
This should expand your desktop to the size of the screen. Once connected you should go into system settings and displays and be able to select the display to change aspects.

The entire 13" screen will fill the entire Apple Cinema Display after adjusting resolutions in Displays/System Preferences or even "overscan" which is sometimes better and bigger for certain tastes,leaving out Toolbars,etc. during movies or short videos (that aren't displayed with QT or other video apps.)
