im 14 , about to start year 9, which would be better - macbok pro '13 or macbook air '13?

hi, im torn between the mac book pro and the air.
I need a few different things and im not sure which one will be better for my needs.
so this is what i have/need:
- i have tons of music probably nearly 3000 songs and ill get more for sure
- i have lots of photos/videos
- i need to have fast web and be able to have multiple tabs open at a time without it freezing or lagging
- i use lots of social media and it cant lag
- i use video streaming (youtube, netflix etc)
- i want to be able to edit photos and videos
- i need to be able to do my assignments and school work
- i prefer the air as it is not as heavy but if the pro is better for my needs it doesn't bother me that much
- i would prefer the SSD
- i need storage because i have a lot of stuff but if i get the air i dont mind buying a portable hard drive
- id prefer clear screen but the air screen is fine
- i use CD's sometimes but normally run my movies etc of the internet so i can buy a portable CD thing

I would DEFINATELY reccomend the Pro for you. Here are the specs of the Pro compared to the Air so you can see for yourself. IF you aren't geeky, I am, so just trust me.

    PRO:
-Retina display (LED is fine, but Retina is way more pixels)
    -64 bit Architecture
-About 15 hours of battery life while using
    -i7 Processor
-4 pounds for the 15 inch
-Everything from the Mac before it (Other than the upgrades)
    -500 GB Hard Drive
-4 GB RAM (Can be configured to 16GB)
-Built in Apps inclide Keynote, Pages, Numbers, iPhoto, Garageband, iMovie. Other apps like Web Browsers and Notification stuff are there too.
You can read more about it on apple.com

    AIR:
    -LED Display
    -64 Bit Architecture
-12 hours of battery life for the 13 inch
-i5 (can be configured to i7) Processor
    -2.38 pounds
-Everything from the Mac before it (Other than the upgrades)
-128 GB Hard Drive (Can be configured to 256GB)
-4GB RAM (Can be configured to 8GB)
-Built in Apps inclide Keynote, Pages, Numbers, iPhoto, Garageband, iMovie. Other apps like Web Browsers and Notification stuff are there too.
You can read more about it on apple.com

Hopefully I helped. If you are not a geek, just trust me. You will want a Pro. You can even boost it up to 8 GBs of RAM which may help. 500 GBs of hard-drive should be just fine.
