For Adobe suite pro 5, which Mac would be the best?

I am going to school for illustration and design. I will be using photoshop, illustrator, and indesign a lot. I need speed, a good amount of memory, durability going in and out of my dorm and to class, and portability. I need something low-priced as well, but something that's going to last for a very long time. What is my best choice for a good price? And is there anything I should buy with my Mac to keep it maintained and last me a long time?
