Where is outlook notes located in an I phone?

• The notes on an iphone do not sync with outlook notes. Why this feature is not a part of the outlook exchange sync program is beyond me. Its a shame but the exchange for Blackberry sync is much superior to the iphone .

• They should be located in the Notes app that comes installed on every iPhone.
