Would like to buy the New Apple Ipad with 4g but not with a contract from At&t or Verizon, is this possible ?

    You have a contract.
    The thing is that you can get it and if you want to use 4G LTE than go to the settings click cellular and turn it on. You will have to pay a monthly fee but no contract. Also if you get it on AT&T I think you have to call them to get Unlimited Service. But Anyways you don't have a contract you pay month to month. You can also change your plan at any time.
