  Yes, one of them is Documents to Go by DataViz (App Store: $10, More for the Premium Version). There are plenty of others.
  
  If access to MS Documents is what you're looking for you can find plenty of ways to Create, Edit, Modify and Share these through an iDevice.
  
  Just keep in mind it's not Office...you don't get custom office features or MS Outlook to manage your e-mail.

• I have a document I have downloaded from my email which was in microsoft word, pdf file, I can open this file, which is a form I need to fill out.
