    Yes.
    Connect your iPad to your computer's USB port and open iTunes.

    Select your iPad on the right side panel and find Pictures. Select the folder or location your pictures are located in.

  • absolutely. all you have to do is sync your iPad with your computer and authorize iTunes to sync pictures, on the tabs located above the device window.
    then you just have to select the picture folders you want to put on it. it's the same as syncing pictures with an iPhone or iPod Touch.
