Snowball records in 16bit/44Khz using Blue's superior quality condenser capsules.
Capture every sound
With three pattern adjustments, the Snowball is ideal for variety of settings. Cardoid is great for vocals, voice over, podcasting, and internet communications. Cardioid with -10dB pad is ideal for instruments. And Omni is best for interviews, live recording and jam sessions.

Crystal Sound. I record vocals and use this on both Garageband and Logic Pro. It is easy as plug and play and for the money you ca n't get any better than this. Nice Surprise
Having worked in television and radio for many years, i was expecting very little from this mic. I picked one up expecting to retu rn it, but once I connected to garage bang and ran my first recording, I realized that it far surpassed my expectations. Maybe high-end pros would find something negative, but from my experience, it's a totally great mic at a solid price. I just wished I had of picked a different color! …
