Overview
The Belkin Desk Hub provides four downstream USB ports that offer backward-compatible, plug-and-play connectivity with all USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices— including scanners, printers and mass-storage devices. The Hub is self-powered, so you can cascade devices with additional hubs and connect up to 127 USB devices to a single port.

I picked this USB hub up a few weeks ago for my new MacBook Pro and have been very satisfied with the purchase.
The included power adapter is small in size and weight and is great for my limited desk space at college. The cables route neatly in the back and the front-port is nice for my thumb drive.
I use it with my iPod, WD External Hard Drive, Logitech mouse receiver, and thumb drive and all devices run smooth, as expected. I like how it moves the cords and clutter away from my MacBook Pro.
