    I was really excited about this product being that my it's really the only one out there like it. I bought it for my parents (both have iPhones 3GSs now) and thought this would be a nice and neat way to charge their phones at night (while their computer was off)—the fact that it synced was icing on the cake.

    Here's what the description doesn't tell you: only the left dock syncs and only the right dock charges when the computer is off (no USB power). I don't understand why it's so hard to make a dock that charges both with the computer off and has a syncing dock too. Like I said, I'm a bit disappointed. Does what it says, just not as well or completely as it leads you to believe.     …More

    Nice slim design, works fine. It only has one of each type of adaptor. For instance if you have two iphones that need charging then the little plastic piece at the bottom doesn't quite fit one of them. You can squeeze the second phone in but its not a great fit. If however your looking to charge a phone and an ipod nano then i'm sure it works great. …More

    I was disappointed in the product because both docks do not sync, only the left one. The outside of the box never mentioned that and I thought it was broken. Only on page 8 of the User’s Guide is that mentioned. It should be clearly posted on the box that it only charges in both docks and only can sync in one dock. I am returning it ASAP. …More

    61 year old grandmother - I have an iPhone 4 and iPod 3rd Generation. Received this for Xmas this year and it works perfectly. Has different inserts for different models (says so in instructions) which fit great. It states which side will sync and which will rapid charge depending on situation or plug-in choice. Instructions are very clear.I am using the wall plug as it is in a convenient place for me at all times. Have had NO problem with this unit and highly recommend it to anyone. Very quick charging and does not take a lot of space. Love it! …More

    Doesn't work properly with iPhone4

    I got the InCharge Duo while I still had a 3GS and it worked fine.
    But then I upgraded to an iphone 4 and started to have problems.
    I bought it a few months ago, so it's possible that they have modified it now.

    When you first put the iphone4 into the left dock (the only one that syncs) it beeps, the charge symbol comes on and it can be seen in iTunes.

    But after a few minutes the sync connection is dropped, it disappears from iTunes (as if you had removed it from the dock) and the charge symbol goes off on the phone.

    I am sure that this is not a fault on the phone because I am now on my 2nd iPhone4 (camera broke on first one) and the problem stills exists with the InCharge Duo.

    If you don't connect the USB cable, then both docks seem to work OK for charging only via the supplied PSU.

    N.B. My InCharge Duo was shipped without any iPhone 4 adapters, so you may have to order those separately.     …More

    I bought this to make charging our iPhones (mine and my wife's) a little easier. For some reason, the unit would stop and restart charging in the middle of the night. I would get the charging noise from both iPhones many times in the middle of the night. Returned it a couple of days later.

    Also, as many people have stated, there is a mini-USB port for syncing. It only syncs from one particular slot. You cannot sync both devices that re plugged in. This did not bother me, but it would others.     …More
