A rewritable drive, the LaCie 22x d2 DVD+RW features FireWire and USB 2.0 for easy connection to your Mac or PC. Create professional-quality, personalized DVDs with user-friendly Toast 9 Lite software. You can even import video and audio footage from your DV camcorder and easily burn projects onto DVDs.

Problem free with no failed burns to date. Very well built and a cleaner design than the previous generation. A perfect visual match for LaCie's d2 hard drives too. Not to be confused with earlier versions that can be differentiated by the rack-mounting slots in the sides (which the new version dispenses with). …More
