    Super easy to snap on, very hard to pop off. Gives the outer body a nice protection shell, the aluminum the Pro comes in now seems to be easy to scratch. I debated whether or not to get the other brand hardshell, it was shinier, more see-through hard acrylic, it looked like it would scratch n wear easily from everyday movement, and would be easier to crack or chip. BUT this "Incase" brand has a softer more cushy rubbery feeling to it, yet it is very strong, it is scratch resistant and seems to protect it better than my Pro being naked and has more "shock" absorbing qualities than the other acrylic brand. I love the pearlescent pink and I get a lot of compliments- surprised it is an Apple, it looks like the Pro came out of the box pink. Yes the Apple icon can be seen glowing through it on the back. It does not slip on table top surfaces or my silky skirt, the texture seems to have a grab to it. This grab does pose a frustrating problem when pulling it out of a bag or case so you have to work it out using both hands most of the time, I would recommend getting a bag or case for a 17" to give it room, a 15" specific bag is too tight with this grippy type hardshell.

    I just can't see why the price is so expensive for this case, I guess someone is making some bank on it. But I'd buy it again regardless and grumble about the price.     …More

    I like this case a lot! It adds some flare to the product and like some others said, it has a soft, grippable (not a word, but describes it nonetheless) feel. It doesn't add too much weight to the product and it protects fabulously! The colors are bright and my pink seems to be a tad lighter than the color on the web site. This is a absolute must to protect your macbook pro! It is a little difficult to get off at first but once you get the hang of it, it should be fine. Overall, a great product! …More

    I really like the soft grippy-ness of this case. REALLY easy to install. When i read the reviews someone has mentioned that it made a noise or something so i was hesitant to buy it, but glad i went ahead to purchased it, there is NO noise.     Love, Love, Love the colour...it's a much brighter hot pink/fuscha colour than it appears on the site..which I just love!
    Other than that, it's great non slip texture is great for those of us that travel alot, and love to use our Macs every where.
    You can still clearly see the beautiful glowing Mac logo quite clearly too.
    Overall...I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and highly recommend it to those of you who love your Macs and want to protect them.     …More

    In LOVE with the pink!

    At first when I put the case on I was disappointed that my MacBook wouldn't open past 90 degrees, but upon further inspection I had installed the case incorrectly! You have to make sure that when snapping on the top piece of plastic that the screen is open wide and that the plastic needs to hook in between the aluminum top and black swivel (the thing that lets the screen open and close) parts first. Then you can snap the rest into place.

    I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box that the pink was more of a hot pink than what is displayed on the Apple site. The matteness of the material was a plus for me, as was the grip that it has, loved that the glowing Apple logo was still visible, and of course that this case is in my favorite color!     …More

    I love INCASE brand everything because of their quality. You pay for what you get, right? Yes. The magenta-colored case is super hott, my fav color is fuschia pink but this is close enough.
