I spent a great deal of time looking for a case that would add minimal bulk to my iPod Touch, cover the screen for in-pocket carry, permit access to all controls and ports (including the exterior volume switch), and provide a bit of protection in the event of a fumble-fingered drop. I finally settled on the Sena Flip Case, and I'm very glad I did. It's exceptionally well-made, fits my 2nd generation Touch very well, and does everything it's supposed to. I highly recommend this case. If you want to protect the touch screen, it does a great job. The leather quality is excellent with soft, smooth lines, and great style. The fit of the case is perfect with the appropriate openings for charging, volume, headsets, and power. You may spend a little more for this case, but I'm confident it will last. I can access all of the controls very easily and its easy to take the belt clip on and off. A little pricey but I guarantee its worth the money if you love the red and black combo like I do. My previous ipod was the u2 special Edition ipod which was red and black so this kind of reminded me of that. The flip case feature was very important to me and it lays off the screen just barely so it doesn't scratch it. Only complaint is that its a little hard to get out of the case but besides that this is the best case i've been able to find for the ipod touch 2nd generation. …More

I love the case, but think the clip is inconvenient and bulky.To use it you have to remove it or put it on as needed for different times. It would be a perfect case if they put a none bulky clip or belt loop on it. …More

Overall Great but Some Serious Issues

All it says about the leather getting soft and not so hard as it is when you get it is true. After about a week of regular use the leather got really soft. The back of the iPod Touch's engraving gets blurred after using it continually since you have to keep taking it out to charge by dock. Also, there isn't much protection for the corners of the iPod; which leads me to a very serious problem with the case:
IMPORTANT:
When I first got this case and attempted to install the little allen wrench bolt so I could clip it on my belt it repeatedly fell out. Twice, I ended up with my iPod being dropped on concrete from my belt. No matter how many times I reinstalled it, each time; it just kept falling out. Basically, the hole wasn't large enough so the bolt wasn't going in far enough. So I ground it out and made a clear hole not too big or small. I could see where the overflow of metal made the hole too small so even after that it kept falling out. I ended up super glueing it twice to ensure that it stayed in. Ever since it has worked fine, although I try to avoid doing anything that could make it fall out.

I have had this case since I purchased my iPod and I love it. The colors are very nice and the leather is very good quality. I also like having the removable belt clip even though I don't really use it that much. The only bad thing about it is that the leather actually scratches the back of the iPod. I put the cleaning cloth that came with the iPod inside the case to keep it from scratching it. It may be pricey but it is the best flip case I've ever seen for the iPod Touch. I would recommend this to anyone. …More
