This case is fabulous. Very rugged. Another reviewer complained about the clip digging into their side. I disagree completely. Another reviewer also complained about the appearance of the side ears that jut out. These are quick release grips for removing the iPhone from the belt clip. If you make that transition often it works great and saves a lot of time. The rubber sleeve not only looks great and really protects the phone, the phone can easily be removed - unlike so many other cases. But at the same time it stays on the phone very well. The case and clip are much lighter than you would think, primarily because the clip is made of light plastic, which flexes. This is also what prevents it from digging into one's sides. The clip rotates and open belt clip has a latch which keeps it open so you can use it as a stand. The buttons are protected by the rubber and I was skeptical that they would work through the rubber. Not to sure what I am doing with an Iphone. I am really rough on all my stuff. This case has great grip to help me not to drop my phone. It has good bounce when I do drop my phone. yeah so pretty much this case rocks it protects the Iphone fully, if you drop it face down no problem or on the sides its so cool its like a tank case its clearly the best and it has a clip and you can dock it all the other cases you cant its deff a must buy …More

The best case if u drop your phone... Men may not like it if they slip their phone in their pocket b/c it is to bulky and does not slide... Oh and not very girly but at the cost of having to buy a new phone who cares.... I have dropped my phone a bunch of times and nothing has happened... …More

I have had this case for about a year now and have been very satisfied with how well it works. I love the clip that is also a stand (Ingenious!). I use the stand a lot when I am working on my PC at work. One other thing, I have dropped my iPhone many times...and it still works since it is wrapped in this case. I especially love the raised protection around the screen. It was raining a while back and I slipped when getting out of the car and my iPhone fell face down on the driveway! I panicked and picked up my phone afraid that I lost everything due to the wet driveway. However, the raised protection saved me and the water didn't get into my screen and luckily it wasn't high enough to get into the connection port! I was so thankful. My only issue with it that the inside plastic frame broke since I have dropped my iPhone so many times and I had to remove it. Before this one I had a Case Logic case and holster which lasted about 3 months. I went through 3 of them. I highly recommend this case to anyone that is rough on phones and doesn't want to buy a new one in 3 months...like me. …More

I'm rough with everything. My glasses, my laptop, my bags, my iPhone is no exception. I needed a case that would keep it intact during the inevitable fall, drop down the stairs, etc. But I also needed the bottom to detach/unfold easily for docking .
