Overview
SPORE: Galactic edition lets you play any way you choose in the five evolutionary phases of SPORE: Cell, Creature, Tribe, Civilization, and Space. Each unique phase presents different challenges and goals. You may choose to start in Cell and nurture one species from its humble aquatic origins to its evolution as a sentient species. Or decide to start building tribes or civilizations on multiple planets.
How you play and what you do with your universe is entirely up to you. SPORE gives you a variety of powerful yet easy-to-use creation tools so you can create every aspect of your universe: creatures, vehicles, buildings, and even starships.
In addition you get DVDs, books, and other collectibles that give you deeper insight into SPORE and the artistic and scientific concepts that guided its design.

You start playing as a cell, or as a creature, and then evolve through the stages.
However, the stages are very short, and the gameplay never gets any different. There's not much coice.

The extras are VERY HELPFUL!! a book telling you the best way to play a The making of Spore DVD and the National Geographic video. The best part is its the same price as the normal game!!!
