New to database work, i love this thing. helps me parse through 50,000 plus real estate records. man is it so powerful. I can sort, constrain my sort, and then print some labels.

We have successfully installed FMP on multiple computers. ie a Desktop and a Laptop
Read the Licensing Agreement carefully to understand your Rights. You are not supposed to be using multiple installations on multiple computers at the same time.
If the computers are connected on a Network then FMP will eventually warn you to close one copy. FMP will not allow you to open or share the same database from separate computer
Here are the Networking and Instant Web Publishing guidelines....
For All Platforms Sharing over a network
•FileMaker networking allows nine simultaneous FileMaker client connections.
•Each client requires a licensed copy of the software.
Sharing over the web
•FileMaker Instant Web Publishing allows five simultaneous web sessions.
•Requires a host computer with continuous access to the Internet or intranet via TCP/IP.
