Battlestations: Midway follows the story of naval recruit Henry Walker, whose first assignment as a gunner at Pearl Harbor is the starting point of an incredible career at the heart of the U.S. Pacific Fleet in 1942, in what was to become one of the most inspirational military campaigns in history.
Cutting-edge graphics bring the Pacific Ocean and island chains alive with lush real-world environments, dynamic weather effects, and incredibly detailed vehicles and weaponry. Each warship, plane, and submarine is authentically designed. The more you know about each unit's profile, capabilities, and weaknesses, the better they will fight.
Battlestations Midway is not just another WWII game; you both command the fleet and can assume direct control of any unit. It's a fast-paced chess match where tactics and ability are tested equally. It's about acts of individual daring as well as the skilled use of combined arms.

GREAT GAME BUT DO NOT BUY IT UNTIL A PATCH IS RELEASED
Written by MH from Palatine

I will give this game 5 stars because it is just a VERY fun game to play. However, it really seems like Feral Interactive is forgetting about its Mac users. The game was rendered unplayable when Mac 10.5.5 was released. I don't know why, but the new OS makes it freeze for everyone now. And Feral has known this for months, but they still have not made a patch. I am sure a lot of players and potential buyers are VERY angry that Feral has chosen to not fix a game they paid $50 for or want to buy really bad. Great game, but please do not buy it until Feral releases a patch so everyone can actually play the game. Besides, why spend $50 on a game you cannot even use??? …More

We downloaded the demo OS 10.6 on iMac and Mac Mini. Both work perfectly and have enjoyed the LAN multiplayer gameplay. Graphics are superb on both computers and no other problems at all. We were interested in purchasing the full version but are confused on what we get since there is a single player and multiplayer versions. Not much info from Feral website either. …More
