Basically the same thing as the original iPhone version, completely fingerprint-proof, yet it isn't as clear as the Crystal Film version.
I found it incredibly easy to install by wetting the film before applying, and ended up with no air bubbles at all.
The only downside to the film, as some reviewers stated in the Crystal Film, is that it is a little less than 1mm too short on all sides so it doesn't fully cover the front side, but I haven't found that too be too much of an issue yet. …More587 of 642 people found this useful

I bought this product for my original iPhone, and a year later it still looks "like new". So I'm happy to report that the new anti-glare film for the iPhone 3G seems to be identical ... Power Support knew better than to tamper with perfection.
The key to using this product is to wipe your iPhone with a clean damp cloth then a clean dry cloth (not a paper towel) before applying the film.
Have two pieces of Scotch tape handy when you apply the film ... one to lift the corner of the film and another to gently remove a stray piece of dust from the iPhone, if necessary.

I wasn't going to get this film until an Apple employee showed me his iPhone. I got it and it's great.
The film is slightly textured to give good feel.
Absolutely no smudges or fingerprints.
Film is very thick, giving protection piece of mind
Absolutely no loss of touch screen sensitivity.

the anti-glare film is a bad protector for the screen, because the fotos and films gets a "bad pixel-look" of the glare..

I was at the store worried about products such as this because of adhesives that where on them and if they would ruin my "sensitivity" for my iPhone's touchscreen. However the representative told me everything i wanted to hear.
NO Adhesives and No delayed response time. that is just what i wanted to hear and on top of that you get 2 in one pack these things last for a while and keep your iPhone looking like new you can even take them off and put them on
a new one if you ever upgrade or get an iPod touch or what have you. Great product INCREDIBLE PRICE and they are environmentally friendly Great Product even if it does last only a year which i wont i have a new one and will easily

Great product, does exactly what is says it will! It has awesome fingerprint resistance, just as good as the naked iPhone screen, if not better! Great anti-glare too. It does, however, if you look very closely create a very slight haze over the screen. But really only noticeable over white areas and if you are really looking close at it. The anti-glare film does what it's supposed to do, but it also changes the way the screen feels. It is slightly textured, so there's a little more friction under your finger. This texture also makes it practically impossible to put a crystal film, or any film for that matter, over it without having a lot of air bubbles. It also defeats the purpose of having an anti-glare film in the first place. if you're thinking of putting an anti-glare film over a crystal film, the only benefit I see would be the extra thick protection. However, you may notice that the phone won't pick up your gestures as well. The crystal film by itself, if applied correctly, just disappears and you hardly even notice that it's there. The feel is pretty much the same as the glass itself. …More

Anti-Glare is essentially matte. That means it won't reflect the light. Crystal Film is pretty much the same as your iPhone screen - it's shiny/glossy. …More
