Power Support Anti-Glare Film Set for iPhone 3G
Great film once again

Basically the same thing as the original iPhone version, completely fingerprint-proof, yet it isn't as clear as the Crystal Film version.
I found it incredibly easy to install by wetting the film before applying, and ended up with no air bubbles at all.
The only downside to the film, as some reviewers stated in the Crystal Film, is that it is a little less than 1mm too short on all sides so it doesn't fully cover the front side, but I haven't found that too be too much of an issue yet. …More604 of 662 people found this useful

Power Support Anti-Glare Film Set for iPhone 3G
Perfect!

I bought this product for my original iPhone, and a year later it still looks "like new". So I'm happy to report that the new anti-glare film for the iPhone 3G seems to be identical ... Power Support knew better than to tamper with perfection.
The key to using this product is to wipe your iPhone with a clean damp cloth then a clean dry cloth (not a paper towel) before applying the film.
Have two pieces of Scotch tape handy when you apply the film ... one to lift the corner of the film and another to gently remove a stray piece of dust from the iPhone, if necessary.

Power Support Anti-Glare Film Set for iPhone 3G
Thinking about it? Just get it!
Written by KW from BROOKLYN

I wasn't going to get this film until an Apple employee showed me his iPhone. I got it and it's great.
The film is slightly textured to give good feel.
Absolutely no smudges or fingerprints.
Film is very thick, giving protection piece of mind
Absolutely no loss of touch screen sensitivity.
It does "gray" or dull the screen very very slightly. But, it's only noticeable the first 30 mins after it's on; then, you forget about it. …More558 of 606 people found this useful

Love it! Works perfectly!

This product is awesome. I have had my iPhone 3GS for about 2.5 months now, and have NO complaints with this anti-glare film. It stays on, does not peel or bubble. Was also very easy to put on the phone. Included instructions weren't exactly easy to follow, but I put them aside and figured it out on my own. Child's play really. I highly recommend. …More

Power Support Anti-Glare Film Set for iPhone 3G
Not worth it.
Written by SH from Rockford

The pros- seems to be somewhat smug resistant. Cons- ruins the crystal clear screen that the iPhone has to offer. The screen makes reading smaller print impossible. Whenever there is white on the screen it looks like it's dusty. For protection it does the same job as the others but personally I can't stand the haze it gives the screen. I will be purchasing a different one. …More

Should I buy the Crystal Film or Anti-Glare Film for my iPhone 3GS? Or I can apply both onto the iphone?
- Asked by GT from Singapore

Best Answer
The anti-glare film does what it's supposed to do, but it also changes the way the screen feels. It is slightly textured, so there's a little more friction under your finger. This texture also makes it practically impossible to put a crystal film, or any film for that matter, over it without having a lot of air bubbles. It also defeats the purpose of having an anti-glare film in the first place. if you're thinking of putting an anti-glare film over a crystal film, the only benefit I see would be the extra thick protection. However, you may notice that the phone won't pick up your gestures as well. The crystal film by itself, if applied correctly, just disappears and you hardly even notice that it's there. The feel is pretty much the same as the glass itself. …More

What's the difference between the Anti-Glare Film and the Crystal Film?

Anti-Glare is essentially matte. That means it won't reflect the light. Crystal Film is pretty much the same as your iPhone screen - it's shiny/glossy. …More

Well I use cleaner that you use for spectacles and spray some on whilst the film is still on the phone and a lint free cloth, like the one that comes with the phone. It still comes out crystal clear and smear etc... free. …More
