Note: The Air Jacket and Body Film cannot completely protect an iPod from all scratches or abrasions. They will not protect your player from damage due to collisions or strong impacts. If your Air Jacket gets dirty, simply remove the iPod from the case and clean the Jacket with a neutral detergent and water. Let the Air Jacket dry completely before replacing the player.

This is really a very nice product. It does exactly as advertised. It's just a small, thin shell that covers the entire chrome part of the Touch preventing it from getting scratched. Then, with the anti-glare screen protector, you have about 98% of the ipod protected. The only part that isn't, is the small black rim, right along the edge of the screen.
I prefer the anti-glare because it doesn't show fingerprints at all and it gives a nice tactile feel to the touch screen. The screen is ever so slightly degraded because of the anti-glare properties...but that's a small price to pay for not cleaning your screen every 5 minutes. The crystal screen protector is perfectly see through, but it shows fingerprints so you have to clean it consistently.
For the price, I feel like this is a great product. If you are really careful with your devices, then this should definitely be on your Touch. If you consistently drop your electronics, you may want to go with something with a little more protection. This is really just a scratch resistant protector rather than a real case. i love this case. i tried to keep the plastic the ipod came with on for as long as possible, but it had that stupid extension for the dock connector, and dust was getting underneath it. all the other covers for the ipod touch don't have any protection for the screen, and if they do, its a cover with a flap which is incredibly annoying when trying to use the touch screen. and the plastic films alone are $15 dollars for two. the airjacket comes with both an overall protector AND the plastic films for the screen. this case prevents fingerprints from getting on the metal back and the touch screen front. it protects both from scratches. and the black cover makes it look incredibly sleek and goes great with my black macbook (and actually gets it mistaken for the iphone!). i totally recommend this case to anyone who wants to protect all parts of their ipod, including the screen. …More

Out of the box, this is a great product - so slim that you can't tell it's not part of iPod itself, but here's the problem: it has a MAJOR design flaw. The corners develop cracks which cause them to chip off. This happened to me within 7 days of buying it - both corners broke off without being dropped or abused. The Apple Store gladly gave me a new one, which also developed cracks during the next week. I must say, whatever you do, wait until Air Jacket works out their design problems before you buy one. You'll have to replace your product at least once. …More
