Overview
EarSet 3 is Bang & Olufsen's first stereo headset with built-in microphone. At any level of activity, it stays firmly and comfortably in place, ensuring the optimal sound experience. Yet the dynamic full-tone loudspeakers allow some environmental noise to filter through, so you can be aware of what's going on around you.

Although I'm sur…Read moree it's cheaper to make after a while the chords start to twist and become very uncomfortable. In my past experience I have found that the fabric chords are much my comfortable and do not twist. Also if they provided a clothing clip below the mic the left ear chord would be less likely to pull away from the mic button when the chord snags on something which it frequently does. Try looking at Audio Technica ATH-Em7. Fit isn't that great around the ear but very nice sound with fabric chord.

The reviews that say they are made from cheap materials must have done something wrong with them because they went through both the wash and dryer and still work perfectly. Absolutely worth every penny!

I've tried several headsets (Vibe, Bose, Apple, Sure, etc.) for the iPhone and I've never been completely satisfied. In fact, I've…Read more spent more money on the headsets than I have on my iPhone. This headset is hands down the best I have used thus far. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the in ear noise cancelling headphones, they pop out, don't seal properly and you hear every cord vibration when you move; not to mention you can not hear ambient noise (somewhat dangerous).
The B&O E3 do cost a bit more, but given I have several sets that I don't use and I've purchased 3 pair of the apple headsets (cheaply made), cost is a relative issue. The build quality on the E3 appears to be very high and they adjust to fit any ear, very impressive design. I have yet to see if the cord at the mini pin connector will last, those seem to wear out quickly on all the headsets, fortunately that is repairable.
Pros:
- All the functions of the original apple headset (play, pause, call pick-up, end, etc.)
- Fit & Comfort, these are extremely comfortable. No ear fatigue and they don't fall out. B&O, amazing design (they look pretty cool to).
- Sound Quality is excellent, including the microphone
Cons:
- The right ear cord has to go behind your neck or hang in front, you get use it quickly.
If your having trouble finding a headset and you want that need button (call answer/end, play/ pause), try these out. I think you will be satisfied, I know I am.(312 of 351 people found this review useful)

The B&O EarSet 3 are as good as it gets for the iPhone. Great sound, barely can feel they are on. Mic works well, is placed close to your mouth and the button is easy to click.
