    Flakey performance

I really like the design of this mouse but I had two problems:

    1. It took me about a week (incl. tech support) to figure out thRead moreat a flat black neoprene mousepad would cause the laser to get bad readings - and the mouse pointer would wander around the screen on its own. NOTE: This mouse has an invisible laser (no red light). I had used the same pad with red laser mice and not had any problems.

    2. Four weeks into using it, and the pointer sporadically stops moving and the computer thinks the mouse has been disconnected. Unplugging it and plugging it in again so far has fixed the problem but it shouldn't be happening. Need to call tech support again.

Bought this with my new Macbook. Works great and feels great. However, it died after about a year of use.

I bought this mouse for everyday use, and found it worked fine, until the second day. After the second day the connection between Read morethe mouse and the computer was on and off, and barely worked. After a week, i contacted them and got a new mouse. The new one worked better for 2 weeks, and now it is broken again and i am really really ticked.
