Did what I needed and more

I purchased this product at the Apple Retail Store because I have over 300 phone numbers on my Sanyo 8200 phone. I switch to an iPhone and didn't want to hand type each number. The software pulled all of the numbers and moved them over the Address Book. iTunes was able to move the numbers to the iphone. Also, I had some pictures on the Sanyo phone and I was able to save it to my Mac. Even though the software doesn't transfer the pictures from the old phone to the iPhone directly, I was able to save it to my computer where I could do anything I wanted with the file.

Also, my roommate has a Razor V3m and the software was able to backup the phone numbers, load ringtones and music files, and download pictures and videos from the phones.

I also have a PC in my house and the software was compatible with it too. The cables that were in the kit charged the phones. This was an extra bonus I didn't expect. I am glad I got it.
