Overview

    What the? No Widescreen Support!?

    The Need for Speed series has always been solid and the Carbon port is no exception. The game play is tight, and responsive. Graphically, its great as well though you will have to play around with the settings. But what really bothers me is the apparent lack of widescreen support. I have a 16:10 MBP, with a wondrous widescreen display and all I could find was 4:3 resolutions. That is just not right... If I am mistaken,let me know and add a star to my score. The game play is great and that is the main reason to play this game. …More

    This is seriously one of the best games for mac. The graphics are pretty amazing, considering it was made in 2006. Also it works with my logitech controller so thats a plus.

    Great, fun game. Lots of so called "missions," places to explore, near countless races to compete in, and plenty of cars and subsequent modifications for said car options.     I love this game! I have it for my Nintendo Wii and now for my Macbook. The graphics are great, the only problem is that sometimes when i go to exit the program, after I select yes i would like to quit, it freezes. It only happened twice out of 7 times or so but that is the only thing that i would look into. If you like Need for Speed games, then definitely look into buying this one! …More
