Overall near perfect while listening to music however there is an issue with the audio lip sync when watching videos on any of my Apple products (i.e. iPhone, iPad, MacBook etc..) This appears to be an Apple specific Bluetooth issue with no current fix.

Where the powerbeats2 fail is in audio playback when watching video. I've experienced this on my iPhone 5s, iPad 4 and Mac. One solution provided was to reset the headphones - that doesn't address the problem.

The firmware is supposedly upgradeable. Its been months since released and the version remains at 1.0.

I would not recommend these headphone is your primary use is for watching Videos, the audio lag will drive you nuts. Now that Beats is owned by Apple, I am hoping that this gets resolved. Its surprising that they haven't dealt with this as of yet.

Check other references to this problem on the web. It seems uniformly held as an issue.

When they worked they were great but after less then 2 months of owning them, they wouldn't charge. I tried the hard reset that support suggested as well as different charing cables but nothing alleviated the problem. Save yourself the time and money. All you're really paying for is the name. I have friends who own "no-name brand" wireless headphones that are more durable then these cheaply made, over priced headphones.

I have owned Bose earbuds for three years now, and I decided to change to Beats for the wireless feature. I'm a frequent runner and as soon as I started my run, these earbuds were falling out of my ear. They were extremely loose, the ear support does nothing but prevent the earbuds from falling completely off. As soon as I started sweating it was over. I'm taking these back to best buy. For running and gym use, this is a bad product. If you're buying them for casual use then I would recommend them. I'm going back to the Bose system.

Headphones worked good for 2 weeks, then out of nowhere, they stopped taking a charge. I tried doing a reset like Beats support re Headphones worked good for 2 weeks, then out of nowhere, they stopped taking a charge. I tried doing a reset like Beats support recommended, but that just messed them up even worse. Now when I plug them into my computer I get a message saying, "Device driver failed to install". I WOULD NOT recommend these. You're better off setting your $200 on fire. It will be less frustrating then having to deal with this terrible product.
