Overall near perfect while listening to music however there is an issue with the audio lip sync when watching videos on any of my Apple products (i.e. iPhone, iPad, MacBook etc..) This appears to be an Apple specific Bluetooth issue with no current fix. …

Don't use for Video playback
The audio on these powerbeats is great. They are comfortable to wear as well.

Where the powerbeats2 fail is in audio playback when watching video. I've experienced this on my iPhone 5s, iPad 4 and Mac. One solution provided was to reset the headphones - that doesn't address the problem.
The firmware is supposedly upgradeable. Its been months since released and the version remains at 1.0.
I would not recommend these headphone is your primary use is for watching Videos, the audio lag will drive you nuts. Now that Beats is owned by Apple, I am hoping that this gets resolved. Its surprising that they haven't dealt with this as of yet.
Check other references to this problem on the web. It seems uniformly held as an issue. …

Great Sound Quality - No Lag Once You Update Firmware
So I was a little skeptical since almost every single review was talking about the lag with video/audio. Many people were stating So I was a little skeptical since almost every single review was talking about the lag with video/audio. Many people were stating that there was an issue where it wasn't matched up but after I updated the firmware on the device. there was no issue to be found. They sound wonderful! Sound quality is great, fit perfectly and they have tech support if you have any issues. Please take note of this review and don't let the other review deter you from purchasing these. They either wrote the review before the update was released or they never did the firmware update. …

Best pair of wireless headphones for everyday!
Alright so some people have been giving these a bad rating because of the video lag. But please listen! Get the firmware update th Alright so some people have been giving these a bad rating because of the video lag. But please listen! Get the firmware update through the Beats website and it fixes it. I first bought it and the lag was making me mad and I was ready to return the same day I bought it. I forgot about the firmware update and it fixed it right away. I have an iPhone 6 Plus just for anyone who needs to know. They sound great, very loud, bass heavy, and improved highs, mids, and lows. Yes these are a bit expensive but the hook is much better in my opinion and a lot more comfortable. If you are buying these for only sound then you probably shouldn't get these because there are other wired headphones for a lower price with great sound. I bought these because I'm mostly using them for working out, on the go and the bluetooth. I tried the Jaybird Bluebuds X, and Jabra Rox and I'm just not a big fan of the ear set up on those so I returned those, but the sound on those are excellent also. The Powerbeats 2 range is good and worth it for my situation. I think the sound is pretty well done for me. I had high hopes because I have the Beats Studio Wireless, but I would never wear those to the gym. But yeah I'd recommend the Powerbeats 2 Wireless, but remember you can always return these 14 days after you purchase so if you don't think they're worth the $200 then you can return them. I love that Beats (or Apple whoever is in charge of the second line of products) improved the second line of products. …
