    The music moves with you

With the Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Wireless over-ear headphones the music on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod can truly roam free. The Bluetooth stays connected up to 30 feet away so you easily move about and keep the music going. Take calls, skip songs, and change the volume right from the headphone.

    Feel your music

The Beats Acoustic Engine gives you an intimate, real encounter with your music. Thanks to Beats' signature DSP software delivers the exact emotional experience that Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine, and some of the music industry's greatest rock, hip-hop, pop, electronic, and R&B producers want you to feel.

    Put the world on mute

Silence the noise from your daily commute or the drama from your loud neighbors with Beats' no-compromise dual-mode Adaptive Noise Canceling (ANC). When you're listening to music, ANC automatically strikes a balance between your audio and the world outside. And if you want to use the headphone just to cancel external noise, ANC-only mode automatically increases the level of noise cancellation to make things even quieter.

    What batteries?

The built-in rechargeable battery that lasts 12 hours when using wirelessly and 20 hours when you do decide to plug in—so you can be sure your vibe keeps going. With the Battery Fuel Gauge you can see at a glance how much juice is available. Plus, you can charge the new Studio via standard micro USB adapter almost anywhere.

    Lighter, stronger, and more comfortable

When Beats re-imagined these legendary headphones, they designed it like a beautiful sports car and made disciplined choices. They streamlined the new Beats Studio with fast curves, smooth surfaces, and no visible screws. It now weighs less than the original and has a lighter, stronger, and more comfortable headband. The ear cups are softer and there's an ergonomic bellow to create a flexible, custom fit for every head shape, so you can keep your music all to yourself.

I don't have to worry about a cord sagging by my left side and I can leave my iPhone in one room and go to another all without stopping my music. Yeah, once in a while the music will stop or scratch but it fixes itself and life goes on. If this bothers you, you do have the option to use an auxiliary cord. I enjoy the sound quality and the noise cancellation. Bose noise cancellation is a little better, but I like that these have their own built-in, rechargeable battery. The battery life is nice; I can listen to my music while doing homework for a couple days before having to charge. The charging takes maybe a little over an hour at most. Overall, I really enjoy these headphones and recommend them to everyone. Don't like Beats?....don't buy them, but give them a shot!

  • Phenomenal sound and battery for wireless

Both the style and bass is more subdued compared the previous studio beats and it really works in it's favour. The sound is less muddy by not sacrificing the mids and highs for artificially punchy bass (while keeping the lows well represented). I have only used them a handful of times wired (I'm in wireless 95% of the time) but there is no noticeable difference in sound quality between wired and wireless modes. The range is pretty decent (I get about 25-30 feet through walls/floors) but it is best in open areas. The fit and finish is top notch and it is dead simple to setup and control. Very comfortable too, as I have been using them for weeks now, hours at a time with little to no discomfort. The built-in mic could be a touch louder and the Noise cancelling isn't at the Level of Bose, but it is more than adequate for everything from the daily commute to drowning out office sounds.

They are pricey (the only "con") but if you can swing it, and wireless in important – you won't regret it.

The headphones are nice and easy to wear. The sound is very good for a wireless device.

I would also suggest that you don't buy it based on any comment and go try it yourself in a store to have a better idea.

    Regards.

Towards the end of battery life, the sound quality becomes a bit muddy with the wireless system but that problem can be easily fixed by using the cable or charging it more often. I personally love the way these headphones look and are the cushions and padding are very comfortable and feel great. They aren't heavy at all unlike the previous studio headphones and are very durable and solid. They come with a carrying case protecting the headphones while being transported or carried around. I'm very happy with my decision in buying this device.

The point of having wireless headphones is to have fewer wires. It should use a lightning cable, as does my iPad and iPhone.

Second, switching between devices isn't as simple as it could be. I got these headphones to replace the in-ear JayBird BlueBuds X. The BlueBuds can switch between iPad, iPhone, and laptop simply by telling the main device to connect. The Beats require pressing the control in the right headphone then connecting via the device.

Great Sound quality, Great design, and it fit on very comfortably. I started to charge it for the first time and it took more than 5 hours to fully charge! The promised 20 hours of play time was not fulfilled as it took about 1.5 hrs at half volume. Very disappointing. I left it in the box that came with the headphones for about a week with no one touching them at all and the next week, all of the sound quality goes down by a lot, and whenever i move it it stops playing! I called in customer support and they did not help me at all. I got angry and started using my apple headphones, and then the USB charger it came with blew up and burst into flames! Completely disappointing.
