Works well with the iPad (4th generation) and iPhone 5
Works well at mirroring iPad 4th generation and iPhone 5 via HDMI cable. Tried it with photos and video and worked well.

Same situation with 30 pin adaptor
Had to trim plastic down to fit my case, but overall it's a similar experience to the Lightning to 30 pin adaptor.

Saw an article in Yahoo about this adapter, bought one and tried it out on my mother-in-law's 60" Samsung TV.
